I went to Rebel Salute 2009 this weekend. Rebel Salute is an annual socially conscious roots reggae festival thrown by artist Tony Rebel. Because it celebrates rastafarianism, alcohol and meat are not allowed to be sold at the event. That, I think, is sort of awesome.
