Welcome to my blog about my soon to begin Peace Corps service as a rural health volunteer in Niger. I'm leaving tomorrow morning for Philadelphia where I will meet up with the thirty or so other volunteers for two days of training and shots before we all fly to our training village in Niger. The last few weeks has been a whirlwind of packing and goodbyes that have left me both ready and anxious to get on my way. Once I get to Niger, I expect to have internet access at most once a month (and not at all for the first nine weeks) so I won't be able to update this blog too often. So the best way to find out what I'm up to/get in contact with me is regular old mail. My address for my entire 27 months of service is the following:

Noah Mann, PCV

Corps de la Paix

B.P. 10537

Niamey, Niger

I'm sure I will love to get mail! Plus I'll have loads of time to write back.

I'm off to finish off my packing and goodbyes, hopefully I'll get a chance to have a more comprehensive update soon. Wish me luck,

Noah
