Bradley (super-hero assistant & love of my life) shot this image with a 35mm pinhole camera. Amazing! Yep, we share 'n' trade all our vintage cameras.
Step right up! I always seem to miss the carnivals that pass in and out of town before you can blink. But this time I was determined to make it to the carnival that Atlanta has every year overlooking I-85.
I shot these images in Tennessee, out in a rural area. An abandon cabin that definitely had some 'scary movie cabin' appeal.
I really like the albums we design for our clients. They have simple modern design, with an extraordinary feel, look and quality. Coming soon will be an interactive page on jessicapurvis.com, where you will be able to view different options for customizing your own personal wedding book. These hard-bound custom-stitched books look great on any coffee table and come in smaller sizes for travel (share your wedding album with grandma)!
Jessica Purvis Photography has started a new blog to keep everyone updated on where we are going, what we are doing and why we love shooting weddings! The bio page on jessicapurvis.com has been updated with new pics of my assistant (Bradley) and I. Bradley also shoots with me at weddings and shares my love of everything vintage and retro (he collects records, I collect vintage dresses and we both are obsessed with vintage cameras). I had to include a wedding pic of my parents and godmother (circa 1972) on the bio page too, which I love! I just wish my godmother had passed on her cat-eye frames to me.
